I myself am doing a G free diet, and not because of the crazy fad. I had multiple symptoms and couldn’t ignore the problem any longer. I’m on day 3 and haven’t felt this great in a very long time. My body is responding well to it and crazy cravings and stomach issues are gone. It’s also healing my eczema which is another thing I’m pleased about. Good luck in your G free journey.
